TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Services and Description:

  • I offer online consultancy services both domestically and internationally, conducted via various online platforms. These sessions are customized to meet individual needs and are provided in 45-minute intervals.
  • All sessions must be booked in advance through the booking system provided on the website.

2. Payment Terms:

  • To confirm an appointment, clients are required to pay the full session fee using the payment methods listed on the website.
  • An appointment will only be confirmed once the payment has been received in full. If payment is not made within the specified time frame, the booking will be automatically canceled.
  • Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in the refund policy.

3. Refund Policy:

  • If I am unable to conduct a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, the full payment will be refunded.
  • If a client fails to attend the session without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, the payment is non-refundable.
  • If the session is rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, the payment will be applied to the new session.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations:

  • Clients may reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges. Rescheduling requests made after this period may result in a fee or forfeiture of the payment.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable unless there is an emergency or valid reason, in which case rescheduling can be discussed.

5. Confidentiality:

  • All consultations are strictly confidential. Information shared during the session will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with the client’s written consent.

6. Session Duration:

  • Each consultation lasts for 45 minutes. Clients are expected to join the session on time, and late arrivals will not extend the session time. Full payment is required regardless of attendance timing.

7. Technical Issues:

  • If a session is interrupted or cannot proceed due to technical difficulties (e.g., internet issues or platform malfunctions), efforts will be made to reschedule the session at no extra cost.
  • If the client encounters technical issues, a new session may be scheduled at my discretion.

8. Client Responsibility:

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology (internet connection, devices, and software) to participate in the online consultation.
  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process and during the session to ensure the best possible service.  

9. Liability:

  • While every effort is made to provide helpful and supportive advice during the consultation, clients acknowledge that these services are not a substitute for in-person medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.
  • I am not liable for any decisions or actions taken by clients based on the advice provided during the consultation.
